2jbate reserves the right to void or cancel bets placed on incorrect odds due to manifest error, on markets suspended for integrity reasons, or where the result was already known at the time of placement. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's account.
Players are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 2jbate login credentials. Any activity conducted under a player's account is their responsibility. 2jbate will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. 2jbate is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jbate login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity performed under your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify 2jbate support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
2jbate accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, gifting, transferring, or attempting to transfer account ownership to another person is prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all involved accounts.
2jbate is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all accounts as part of its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance programme. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time at 2jbate's discretion.

2jbate aims to process standard KYC submissions within 24–72 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be held pending KYC completion. 2jbate is not liable for any delay in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation submitted by the player.

2jbate currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (cryptocurrency), Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed in the player's account cashier.
All transactions on 2jbate are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a player uses a payment method denominated in a different currency, the conversion to PKR will be applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction. 2jbate is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the player's account. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's verification status. 2jbate reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
2jbate aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method and the player's verification status. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Delays attributable to third-party payment processors are outside of 2jbate's control.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 2jbate reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule displayed in the account settings. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
2jbate offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

A bet placed on 2jbate is considered accepted when it has been confirmed by the system and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. 2jbate will not reverse a correctly placed and accepted bet on grounds of player error.
In the event that a bet is offered or accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a system malfunction, data feed error, human input error, or any other cause that a reasonable person would identify as obviously incorrect, 2jbate reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. 2jbate's decision on manifest error determinations is final.
Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all sports and markets on 2jbate. These limits are displayed in the individual market view and in the cashier at the time of bet placement. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the applicable limit.
In-play (live) betting markets on 2jbate are subject to delay between a live event and the updating of odds. 2jbate reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at any time without prior notice, including during periods of play. Bets placed after a relevant event has occurred — even where the market has not yet been suspended — may be voided at 2jbate's discretion.
Cricket betting, including PSL markets, is governed by the official rules of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and the relevant domestic governing body. Where a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or affected by weather or other extraordinary circumstances, settlement will follow the official result as recognised by the governing body. Specific market rules for cricket are available in the sportsbook help section.
All casino games available on 2jbate — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games such as Bingo Fishing, table games, and any other gaming product — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent auditors.
Each casino game has a published theoretical Return to Player percentage. RTP figures are verified by independent testing laboratories and represent the long-term average return across a large number of game rounds. RTP is not a guarantee of individual session outcomes and does not imply that any player will receive that percentage back in any given session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a casino game session, 2jbate's server records will be the authoritative source for determining the state of the game at the time of the interruption. Where a malfunction results in an ambiguous or unresolvable game state, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player.
2jbate reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game in its casino library at any time without prior notice. The temporary unavailability of a game due to maintenance, provider issues, or regulatory requirements does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbate platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. Confirmed breaches will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
2jbate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or AML concerns, regulatory instruction, or failure to complete KYC verification.
Players may close their 2jbate account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, provided that KYC verification is complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. Players wishing to self-exclude for responsible gaming purposes should use the dedicated self-exclusion tool described in Section 13.
Upon termination of an account, the player's right to access the 2jbate platform ceases immediately. Balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbate's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2jbate shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 2jbate has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2jbate does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk. 2jbate is not responsible for the reliability or performance of third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or game software providers.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 2jbate's gross negligence, or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
2jbate collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy, which sets out in detail how 2jbate handles your personal information, including the legal basis for processing, data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact 2jbate with data-related requests.
2jbate will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services where required to operate the platform or comply with legal obligations.
2jbate is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform's responsible gaming tools are available to all players from within the account dashboard and include deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
Players who wish to self-exclude from 2jbate may do so by activating the self-exclusion tool in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed before the stated period has expired. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbate holds its operating licence.
In the first instance, any dispute between a player and 2jbate should be raised with the customer support team via live chat or the support email address. 2jbate commits to investigating all complaints promptly and responding with a written outcome within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.
Where a player is not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under 2jbate's operating licence. Any claim or dispute arising from the use of 2jbate must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the date on which the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
